Great location with pool availability. Cleanliness can be improved. Positive: Location is fabulous, just meters away from Dubai mall, very convineint also for pick up and drop off. There is a nice and clean outdoor swimming pool with Burj Khalifa view and enough sunbeds to enjoy the sun. There is a small gym with somewhat limited range of equipment available, still enables short work out sessions. Negative: There was one big issue and this was the hygiene, particularly in the bathroom. The apartment was advertised as brand new while it was visibly worn out. While the bed was rather comfortable, the bed linen and pillows could be much better.

So many flies in the flat Positive: Great location, less than 5 mins walk to Dubai mall if you could find the right entrance in this massive mall. Facilities are accessible with cards, this is basically like an Airbnb where you'll have to do with bins yourself. Negative: Not too closed to the metro station tho so we basically had to Uber and careem everywhere. **We noticed there're SO MANY LITTLE FLIES in the flat especially in the kitchen / dining area. We killed many but there were more and more on the ceiling and wall everyday we got back. The flat itself was clean so we had no idea where all these flies coming from.** Stove didn't work either.
